Since 1994, Attorney Tom Vukmirovits has been serving as a bankruptcy attorney and helping clients file for chapter 7 bankruptcy and obtain a fresh start by discharging debt, voiding liens, exempting assets, and protecting and preserving assets subject to foreclosure and repossession.  While representation has been primarily for debtors, Attorney Vukmirovits has also assisted creditors with the collection and enforcement of judgments and executions against debtors that elect to file bankruptcy.
